Bramley Elderly Action organises a number of friendly groups where local older people can try out new things, meet new people, move their bodies and their brains, and keep fit and healthy. These include:
- Craft group
- Gentle exercise
- Pub lunch
- Tai Chi
- Bingo
- Wednesday exercise class
- Stroke club
- Friendship & social group
- Tea dances
- Singing group
- Singing for the brain
