Local MP to speak at Bramley Elderly Action AGM

Leeds West MP Rachel Reeves will be speaking at the Annual General Meeting of Bramley Elderly Action.  The meeting will be held at Bramley Band Club, from 2.00-4.00 on Saturday 29th September.

Lee Ingham, Manager of Bramley Elderly Action said:

“We’re very pelased that Rachel Reeves, our Patron, will be speaking. We will welcome all who want to come along and find about what we do to support older people”.

Lee continued:

“It’s an important time for us and our our members as we move towards bringing Bramley Lawn back into community use.”

Bramley Elderly Action is an independent charity which provides opportunities and support for older people, aged 60 and over, in Bramley, Swinnow and parts of Stanningley. The organisation has 1,100 members and 150 volunteers, ranging in age from 18-96!
