Business Support Manager
Zoe is on maternity leave until January 2019.
I’ve worked at Bramley Elderly Action since 2006. I was previously BEA Volunteer Co-ordinator. Since April 2016 I focus on ensuring that our finances, transport and properties are all functioning effectively across BEA and OWLS.
I grew up in Birmingham but have lived in Leeds since 1997, when I moved to Kirkstall Brewery to start my first year of University doing Business Studies at Leeds Metropolitan University. I’ve lived in Horsforth since 2006.
In the past I’ve been involved in Millennium Volunteers which was a national volunteering programme aimed at getting 16-24 year olds involved. I have worked in a college for blind and visually impaired students with complex needs and just before working at BEA I spent a year working and travelling in New Zealand, Malaysia and China.
My qualifications include a Business Studies Degree, TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) and a high school Diploma from the US!
When I’m not at work I like to go for walks, see my friends and occasionally do some rock climbing. I’ve got a daughter, called Iris.
Please do come and say hello if you’re passing.
