Aged 55-60? Live in Bramley? Get in touch

Bramley Elderly Action are thinking about our future, and yours!  We would like to talk with local people who could be taking part in their activities in a few years time.

If you are aged 55-60, and live in our area, we would love to get your help. We want to understand how we may need to change and add to what we do, to work with your age group in the future. If you would like to give your thoughts, please contact Rob Cook on or 0113 236 1644, and he will get back to you with a few questions.

Lee Ingham, Manager of Bramley Elderly Action said:

“There’s a growing ageing population in Bramley and all over Leeds. The kind of activities and support that are good for our members at the moment may not be so good for the next generation. We want to make sure we meet the needs of people as they grow older.”

The 2011 census revealed there to be just over 4,000 people in Bramley aged 60+, but with more than 1,100 people aged 55-60, so the number of local people aged 60+ is undoubtedly going to keep growing.
